Tiefling bloodlines do very little to affect a Tiefling’s temperament. They are really unaffected by their blood, and may be equally as form and charming as anyone with an analogous upbringing. having said that, the hostile environments that the majority Tieflings are pressured to expand up in are likely to make them extra cynical and abrasive.
